Sandwoodway is a dog and child friendly renovated 19th century former croft house, at Blairmore Village, near Sandwood Bay, in North-west Sutherland.

Sandwoodway Cottage can accommodate up to 6 persons in three separate rooms (two upstairs rooms with en suites; downstairs parlour with sofa bed and with a separate downstairs bathroom)

The cottage is heated electrically both by underfloor heating, and thermostat controlled electric radiators in the bedrooms.
Additionally there is a real fire in the parlour, and a separate electric hot water boiler and water tank.
The rental includes 200 units of electricity. Use above that is charged at the supply cost.

Cooking uses a gas hob supplied by bottled gas, included in the rental, all other cooking appliances, including the oven are electric.

The EPC Rating is BAND E (48), assessed in April 2022.

This stone built Cottage was renovated to contemporary insulation standards in 2010.
We have been letting Sandwoodway as a Holiday Let since 2011.

We are experienced owners of holiday lets in the Kinlochbervie, North-west Scotland area.
